WARRANTY

For a period of one year from the date of purchase G.D.B. Inc. will replace thought its distributor, free of charge, any part found upon examination by G.D.B Inc. to be defective in materials or workmanship.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

G.D.B. Inc and its distributor shall neither be liable for any consequential, special or punitive damages whether based upon loss of use. Loss of profits or revenue, or work stoppage whether or not such damage is based on contact, warranty, negligence, or otherwise.

 G.D.B. Inc and its distributor shall neither be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from incorrect installation, improper maintenance, or unauthorized alterations or modifications made to the product. Authorization must be obtained before returning goods for exchange or credit, and credit will be issued after examination of said merchandise. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Please inspect all shipments carefully and note any shortage or damages on the carrier’s receipt.

WARRANTY PROCEDURE

To process a warranty claim, you must first obtain the following:

1.       Authorization by telephone or in writing.

2.       Defective part or component.

3.       Proof of purchase (copy of invoice from end user)

Send defective part or component (transport prepaid) for examination. Include proof of purchase and nature of complaint. Item will be repaired or replaced and return at our cost.

To expedite a warranty claim, parts or components can be shipped immediately and charged to your account. Upon return of defective item for examination, credit will be issued if warranty claim is valid.

Payment or credit will not be allowed by G.D.B Inc for labor or service charges incurred by the distributor or end user.

CONDITION OF SALE

Net 30 days. Shipments will not be made to past due accounts. No prior notice will be given to indicate your orders are being held. It is your responsibility to ensure that your account is up to date so that merchandise can be shipped without delay.

No returns on special orders or electronic parts. Minimum order 25$
